It’s hard to see the picture when you’re in the frame. Shifting one’s perspective is an essential step in overcoming obstacles and creating effective behaviours. You’ll get a more objective view on your strengths, skills and behaviours.
You’ll be clear on “what” needs to be achieved and “why” it is important to you. This will help you remain focused and resilient through challenging times.
The “how” becomes easier to establish at this stage. You’ll have a cohesive plan which acts as a roadmap and checklist. You’ll maintain momentum and commitment, all the time working to your strengths.
The quality of your results will reflect the quality of your awareness around your thinking and behaviour (EQ). You’ll have developed your own solutions and ideas. You’ll design, believe in and experience the success you crave.

I can now clearly identify where my strengths are most useful in the working environment, and when I should volunteer my strengths to assist others. It has also enabled me to have a higher level perspective on how I can manage my work load more efficiently. I will ask the opinions of others with different key strengths as there may be a more suitable approach to take. I have more confidence in my individual decision making.
