Elaine is a pain reliever. She is the pressure valve that eases strenuous workflows within the business. She works equally well backstage and centre stage. Elaine connects and unites the different aspects of Jasper Walshe & Associates; managing communications and keeping things smooth between coaches, partners and clients.
Elaine is passionate about productivity. Her goal is to minimise time-waste and tackle systems head-on to transform efficient into effective. She works tirelessly to create autonomous processes to help things run effectively while maintaining the personal connection with the human side of the business. These traits are a fair reflection of her background in IT, Coaching and Training. This blend works well to easily merge the operational and creative sides of a business.
As a firm believer in work-life integration, her values fit perfectly with the business to ensure the cogs run smoothly together while ensuring time to take part in other activities that she loves. A keen walker, Elaine spends time in the Pyrenees exploring trails, waterfalls, and underground rivers. She’s a late-adopter skier and motorcyclist as she believes it’s never to late to learn a new skill and pastime. Snowshoeing also features.
Pushing one’s boundaries keeps life interesting and Elaine is not one to stay in a comfort zone for long. It’s also one of the reasons she chose to completely change her work and life in 2013 with her move to France. Challenge leads to creativity, which leads to change – what a business requires to nurture and grow.close ↑
