Jasper’s Coaching and Performance Consultancy partners with organisations that are committed to equipping their leaders to thrive in an increasingly demanding world of business. He worked for 15 years in frontline corporate roles in banking and professional services, all client-facing and fee-earning with leadership responsibilities.

Kimberley coaches 1:1 and senior leadership teams across a wide range of clients and sectors including finance, technology, retail, professional services, hotels, travel and lifestyle as well as the public and not for profit sectors. Her corporate background provides first-hand experience of fast-paced environments whilst the experience of working with a diverse spectrum of people from differing cultures assures the expertise to keep the coaching process flexible, agile, and bespoke to the individual.
Kimberley has twenty years of leadership experience in the retail/ brands sector. She held senior commercial positions at Mandarin Oriental, Armani and Quintessentially having accountability for commercial targets, multi-million-pound financial budgets (P+L) and people development before pursuing formal Coach training.
She is a trained Coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Mentor on the Coach Training Course at Coaching Development Ltd, London, accredited by the ICF.

Kate Mansfield is passionate about delivering team-based strengths development training. With a background in HR, interim management and coaching, she is well placed to understand the potential for success that can be realised when individuals and teams especially understand how to channel their own strengths and personal goals alongside those of the organisation. The energy, fulfilment and success that follows is truly amazing!
Kate’s own standout 3 strengths are Relationship Building, Empathy and Collaboration making it very natural for her to be able to engage with a range of different teams in different organisations. She has worked across business sectors ranging from professional services and legal, to oil & gas, FMCG and manufacturing.
Kate has a particular interest in the career issues affecting women in leadership roles as well as women returning to the workforce following maternity leave and career breaks. Leisha McGrath is a Business Psychologist and Coach who has been working with organisations and individuals for the past 15 years. Her experience ranges from supporting businesses from the inside out as she led fast-growing HR functions, as well as working from the outside in as a Consultant and Coach.
Leisha’s style is to tailor her interventions each and every time to the context and personalities at play. She is passionate about supporting others to be their best selves, thereby promoting job satisfaction, life satisfaction and business bottom lines.
Leisha pulls heavily on the principles of positive psychology in her work and believes strongly too in maintaining a sense of humour! Her range of referral and repeat clients are testament to the value that she brings to each individual client engagement.
Leisha works with organisations – to help them design systems and structures which optimize the delivery of business strategy and a happy workforce – and also with individuals and teams to help them remove any blockers to a specified end goal. Her approach is to facilitate and empower, cognizant of the business need.
Leisha is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the Psychological Society of Ireland and a member of their Division of Work and Organisational Psychology and Coaching groups. She holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths College and a first class honours International degree from University College Dublin and Université de Lille 3. She lectures at the Coach Institute of Ireland where she qualified with a Diploma in Coaching She is Level A and B qualified and qualified across a range of psychometric tools.
Louise’s background is a blend of practical business experiences combined with expertise in Executive Coaching, Team Engagement, Strengths Coaching, Motivation, Change Management, Performance Management and Career Coaching.
She is a highly experienced professional with over 17 years combined experience as an Executive Coach and Senior Sales Manager in a large multinational.
Louise has a proven track record of consistently motivating and inspiring individuals to overachieve on their career and personal goals. With extensive experience in coaching, leadership and management, she can empathise with the challenges individuals face in the workplace when leading and managing teams. She supports, challenges and inspires her clients to change behaviours that are undermining their best efforts. Recognised at all levels for her integrity, Louise is committed to facilitating people in the process of their professional development and empowering them to achieve the results they desire.

Cora is a high performing training and education professional with significant experience in leading and delivering high impact learning initiatives. She is practical, engaging and goal-oriented with a genuine passion for people development and a reputation for demonstrating high energy and enthusiasm in delivering results. Over the last 15 years, Cora has developed an expertise in training design and delivery as well as training needs analysis.
Her experience and skills are complemented by a 1st class hons M.Sc in Education and Training Management from Dublin City University, Ireland.

Dr Suzanne Meenan
Suzanne was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University College Dublin, Ireland, a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology from Oxford Brookes University and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Trinity College, Dublin. Suzanne employs evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and attachment theories and mindfulness principles.
In her practice, her key objective is to provide a supportive environment to help patients realize a more positive outlook and achieve a greater sense of well-being.
Recognizing the growing need for her academic and clinical expertise in the world of business and commerce, Suzanne has expanded her horizons to provide support to Jasper and his clients where appropriate and as needed. Marrying her specialized knowledge in Neuropsychology with her practice of Positive Psychology, she concentrates on a strengths-based approach that focuses on the ability to adapt and realizing each individual’s enormous capacity for change.
Suzanne is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
