My familiarity with the dynamics and demands of senior corporate positions and teams stems directly from my 15 years’ professional advisory experience in that environment. Furthermore, during that time, I managed and developed relationships with executive leaders and business owners. So I lived and breathed it. This, along with being a relatively young male is an extremely rare combination in this line of work.
I use this to my advantage bringing a fresh, commercially aware and pragmatic approach to my work. This allows me build rapport quickly with leaders and key decision makers like you as well as your teams. This fast-tracks short-term wins whilst building a solid foundation for the more important long-term sustainable success.
I enjoy enabling you and your people to quickly and effectively identify and address that which drives the behaviours and subsequent results experienced. You’ll see the cause of the effect. Working to influence results in this way requires commitment and accountability, thereafter results are easily and speedily evidenced. This is incredibly rewarding. The long-term benefits become obvious and serve as a great source of motivation moving forward.
I particularly enjoy working with the teams and staff in the businesses where my 1:1 executive coaching clients are in leadership positions. It means I get to be part of a really positive change process, observing it cascade from the top down through the organisation.
I practice what I preach. I invest heavily in my own coaching and development. I study, digest and translate all of my learnings and findings into material relevant to you. I engage and stretch my strengths in my work all of the time. I am constantly aiming to improve as a coach, facilitator, speaker and business owner. I love what I do.
As well as holding a degree and a masters, I am qualified as both a personal performance and corporate & executive coach. I am a DISC practitioner and an accredited partner in the Strengthscope ™ suite of tools.close ↑
Kate Mansfield is passionate about delivering team-based strengths development training. With a background in HR, interim management and coaching, she is well placed to understand the potential for success that can be realised when individuals and teams especially understand how to channel their own strengths and personal goals alongside those of the organisation. The energy, fulfilment and success that follows is truly amazing!
Kate’s own standout 3 strengths are Relationship Building, Empathy and Collaboration making it very natural for her to be able to engage with a range of different teams in different organisations. She has worked across business sectors ranging from professional services and legal, to oil & gas, FMCG and manufacturing.
Kate has a particular interest in the career issues affecting women in leadership roles as well as women returning to the workforce following maternity leave and career breaks. She works with a variety of 1:1 clients supporting them with career change & job search strategies, helping them to find the clarity that they need to move forward.
As well as being an accredited Strengthscope™ Trainer, Kate is a qualified career coach with an MSc in Organisational Behaviour & a Postgraduate Diploma in Career & Talent Management.
Cora is a high performing training and education professional with significant experience in leading and delivering high impact learning initiatives. She is practical, engaging and goal-oriented with a genuine passion for people development and a reputation for demonstrating high energy and enthusiasm in delivering results. Over the last 15 years, Cora has developed an expertise in training design and delivery as well as training needs analysis.
Her experience and skills are complemented by a 1st class hons M.Sc in Education and Training Management from Dublin City University, Ireland.
Cora creates, manages and evaluates learning and development strategies and programmes for her clients. In the areas of career and personal development, these programmes cover topics such as presentation skills, career development, train the trainer, personal effectiveness, communication skills and people & performance management.
Cora’s ability to design and implement the highest quality programmes, of any size or complexity, make her an invaluable associate, and friend, to the business. Her client list includes companies such as Google, Enterprise Ireland, Accenture (ROI & UK), KPMG, Bank of Ireland (ROI & UK), VHI, Zurich Insurance, Tesco, AIB (ROI & UK) amongst many others across all industry sectors.
Dr Suzanne Meenan
Suzanne was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University College Dublin, Ireland, a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology from Oxford Brookes University and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Trinity College, Dublin. Suzanne employs evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and attachment theories and mindfulness principles.
In her practice, her key objective is to provide a supportive environment to help patients realize a more positive outlook and achieve a greater sense of well-being.
Recognizing the growing need for her academic and clinical expertise in the world of business and commerce, Suzanne has expanded her horizons to provide support to Jasper and his clients where appropriate and as needed. Marrying her specialized knowledge in Neuropsychology with her practice of Positive Psychology, she concentrates on a strengths-based approach that focuses on the ability to adapt and realizing each individual’s enormous capacity for change.
Suzanne is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
